The operating model connects the systems that already hold your records. Compatibility, permitted reads and writes, and recovery behaviour are confirmed for each integration.
Start with the SOPs you already have. Confirm the trigger, instructions, approval owners and exceptions before testing how Daffy should coordinate the work.
